By downloading, installing, or using Seedlit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Seedlit is a journaling application for iOS devices that allows users to create, store, and manage personal journal entries. The App provides features including but not limited to:

  • Creating and editing journal entries
  • Tracking daily moods
  • Visualizing journaling habits through a calendar
  • Exporting journal data
  • Optional iCloud synchronization

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any app lock features
  • All activities that occur under your use of the App
  • Ensuring your device meets the minimum system requirements
  • Backing up your data as needed

4. Privacy and Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your data. All journal entries and data are stored locally on your device unless you choose to use iCloud sync.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you create using the App. You are solely responsible for the content of your journal entries. We do not claim ownership of your content.

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors. The App may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedlit and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is provided, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
